Join our award-winning Dream Team and grow with usPrimary ResponsibilitiesComplete the preparation of insurance policy applications for personal lines and coordinate their return to the Sales and Service teams for client signatures, ensuring all documentation is accurate.Review and process varied terms letters, ensuring that all policy conditions and requirements are clearly documented and aligned with guidelines.Facilitate the issuance of any portfolio transfers.Monitor a shared “signatures” inbox and action incoming requests and documents that require signatures, escalating when necessary.Maintain and update policy binder lists on a regular basis.Utilize Pathway automation tools to support and streamline policy billing processes, ensuring timely communication and improved billing efficiency.Collaborate with the team and your leaders to resolve administrative gaps and maintain a high standard of policy documentation.Use various means of communication with both the team and your leaders to ensure that the highest quality of work and service is upheld.Engage in continuous learning and development for the purposes of maintaining current and relevant product and process knowledge.Adherence to all company health and safety policies.Perform all other related duties as assigned with a high level of integrity and professionalism.Preferred SkillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsWork well within a team and independentlyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficient computer skillsStrong problem‑solving skillsAbility to multi‑task and prioritize workPatient, enthusiastic, and dedicatedPreferred QualificationsCompletion of a high school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year of experience in insurance underwriting or a related fieldProficient in the use of Microsoft OfficeBenefitsDuliban Insurance Brokers is an award-winning third generation brokerage that has been consistently named a top insurance workplace, winner of Brokerage of the Year (2019), and Lincoln’s Business of the Year (2022).
