Primary Responsibilities

• Complete the preparation of insurance policy applications for personal lines and coordinate their return to the Sales and Service teams for client signatures, ensuring all documentation is accurate.

• Review and process varied terms letters, ensuring that all policy conditions and requirements are clearly documented and aligned with guidelines.

• Facilitate the issuance of any portfolio transfers.

• Monitor a shared "signatures" inbox and action incoming requests and documents that require signatures, escalating when necessary.

• Maintain and update policy binder lists on a regular basis.

• Utilize Pathway automation tools to support and streamline policy billing processes, ensuring timely communication and improved billing efficiency.

• Collaborate with the team and your leaders to resolve administrative gaps and maintain a high standard of policy documentation.

• Use various means of communication with both the team and your leaders to ensure that the highest quality of work and service is upheld.

• Engage in continuous learning and development for the purposes of maintaining current and relevant product and process knowledge.

• Adherence to all company health and safety policies.

• Perform all other related duties as assigned with a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance underwriting or a related field

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
