The Residential Shift Supervisor will also be responsible for:Onboarding, orientation and training of new staffProviding leadership and support to frontline staff, including debriefing, facilitation, conflict resolution and crisis interventionProvide ongoing mentorship and coordination to team members to support consistency and quality in all service provision.Provide insight and input, as required, to the performance evaluation process.Provide direct client service to program participants.Provide service in a dignified, culturally safe and respectful manner that reflects the charism of Good Shepherd, and which reflects an integrated anti-racism/anti-oppression, feminist framework.Participate in team meetings and team decision making.Maintain records of service statistics, client records and program records as directed.Identify trends, gaps and emerging issues relevant to the experiences of program participants.To maintain the confidentiality policy of Good Shepherd Centers at all times.Be knowledgeable of all individual care plans, including capacity and support needs.Observe all health and safety rules and work in compliance with the provisions of the occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulationsWhat You'll Bring to Our TeamCompletion of post-secondary diploma in social services or equivalent, plus 2 years\' work-related experiences required.
