Description Our Client is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst for the project delivery of IMT projects. Required / Mandatory Skills Skills Agile, JIRA, Azure DevOps, UAT Type Contract Experience Required / Mandatory Skills The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following: University graduation in business, management or a related discipline and four-year Technical Business Analyst (BA) experience; OR Two-year diploma in business, management or a related discipline and six-year BA experience; OR One-year certificate in business, management or a related discipline and seven-year BA experience; OR Eight-year BA experience Knowledge of various software development methodologies (i.e. agile, waterfall, scrum, Kanban, etc.). Experience as a business analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in an enterprise IT environment. (8+ years) Experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements. (3+ years) Experience in facilitating and managing business process development and process re‑engineering workshops and sessions. (5+ years) Experience in gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders across ministries or departments. (5+ years) Experience with written and verbal communications including specific experience in drafting strategic business and technical documentation. (5+ years) Nice To Have Skills Experience in facilitating meetings and communicating with senior management and project stakeholders. (5+ years) Experience in the design, development and implementation of complex IT solutions. (5+ years) Experience in the development of project documents for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.). (5+ years) Experience with Agile backlog management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps. (1+ years) Experience with development and implementation of content management, document management, records management, information management processes in applications. (5+ years) Experience with IT service management, IT service management applications, IT application development and maintenance projects. (4+ years) Experience with User Acceptance Testing processes on large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment. (4+ years) Experience working within an agile development environment.
