Job Description A major public sector client is seeking a DevOps Specialist to support and integrate DevOps services across both cloud and on-premise environments. This is a critical role focused on enabling scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure that supports modern CI / CD practices and agile delivery across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional collaboration within agile teams to enhance DevOps capabilities. Design and maintain CI / CD pipelines in collaboration with development and QA teams. Standardize reusable pipeline templates for cloud and hybrid environments. Integrate DevSecOps tools such as SonarQube and Veracode into deployment workflows. Provision and manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Bicep, Ansible, and AWS CloudFormation. Support IAM, RBAC, Azure AD / B2C, and SSO configurations. Implement monitoring and diagnostics with Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, Kibana, and Elasticsearch. Enable event-driven and self-healing architectures using platforms such as Azure Service Bus and AWS SNS. Lead maintenance planning, performance tuning, and optimization of services. Mentor development teams and contribute to onboarding resources and DevOps best practices. Must Haves Degree, diploma, or certification in a field related to DevOps, IT, or computer science. Minimum of 5 years of experience in: Cloud and hybrid (cloud / on-premise) environments. Developing on major cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS). Managing enterprise-grade production services. CI / CD pipeline development and automation. Supporting cloud-based software development lifecycles. Nice to Haves 5+ years of experience with: Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or similar. Containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Cloud service optimization and architectural planning. Big data or high-throughput cloud platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr
