Production Support Analyst

Overview Production Support Analyst role at J&M Group. Responsibilities Investigate and resolve production incidents to ensure system availability and performance. Troubleshoot technical issues reported by users or monitoring systems. Develop UNIX shell scripts for system checks, integration verifications, and automation tasks. Perform data imports/exports and maintain third-party integrations. Monitor infrastructure and applications using tools like ITRS, Dynatrace, or equivalent. Manage scheduled jobs and workflows using tools like Control-M or Autosys. Adhere to and support ITIL processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management. Collaborate with cross-functional support and development teams to address root causes and long-term fixes. Maintain up-to-date documentation for operational processes and troubleshooting guides. Qualifications Strong proficiency in UNIX shell scripting and SQL. Experience with monitoring tools such as ITRS or Dynatrace. Expertise with job schedulers like Control-M or Autosys. Solid understanding of the ITIL Framework, especially Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
