Market Research Manager, Brand Health Tracking Join to apply for the Market Research Manager, Brand Health Tracking role at Ipsos. Overview What you can expect to be doing: Ensures projects meet timeline targets and monitors ongoing progress. Identifies project problems and possible solutions; proceeds with implementation of simpler ones. Manages daily tasks and projects according to department priorities. Performs standardized check points for each study (e.g., checks online/CATI links to ensure programmed questionnaires address the right issues and maintain logical flow as client changes are made). Raises issues to manager as appropriate. Checks data quality for accuracy. Identifies own goals and drives personal development through the performance management process. Solve day-to-day problems and seeks assistance on more complex issues when needed. Seeks constructive feedback and shares feedback with peers; acknowledges contributions of others. Asks perceptive questions to uncover new learnings and explore needs. Learns about other Ipsos products and services and other Ipsos business units. Identifies project problems and possible solutions; proceeds with simpler implementations. Manages daily tasks and projects according to department priorities. Performs standardized checkpoints for each study; maintains data integrity and issue escalation as needed. Checks data quality for accuracy and provides reliable results. Identifies personal development goals and engages in performance management. Solve day-to-day problems and seek assistance for more complex challenges. Seeks and shares constructive feedback to support learning and team improvement. Curiosity Asks perceptive and probing questions to uncover new learnings and needs. Learns about other Ipsos products, services, and business units. Participates in industry events as appropriate. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel (chart design, efficiency improvements); SPSS or SAS is an asset. Collaboration Proactively reaches out to the team to offer help and anticipate project challenges. Delegates appropriately to colleagues in other divisions that support projects. Assists in training junior team members; conducts data checks and related tasks. Resolves conflicts with tact and skill; coordinates with suppliers for project setup and day-to-day operations. Shares opinions and encourages others to share theirs. Monitors and facilitates IIS/Direct activities to keep deliverables on track and seeks management assistance if needed. Client First Serves as a resource to the client to resolve routine questions and ensure timely issue resolution. Responds to client needs consistently and in a timely fashion. Costs projects in iQuote, Job Book, Next Work Bench; may design questionnaires for proofing. Monitors and facilitates internal and external operations to ensure deliverables follow the project plan. Assists in ordering and monitoring sample; provides first-level analysis and writes reports for review. Provides data summaries for comprehensive reports and designs layout and content of reports; exposure to advanced analytics including driver analysis and segmentation. Entrepreneurial Spirit Assists in drafting straightforward proposals and contributes to more complex ones. May attend pitches with senior team members; participates in pitches when appropriate. Engages in BU and corporate activities to support business goals. This might be the job for you if you have BA minimum; graduate of a recognized Market Research program is an asset. 1.5 years of relevant work experience. Experience with quantitative research methods; exposure to qualitative methodologies. Project management experience; experience with a supplier side of marketing research is a plus. Experience with questionnaire design techniques and identifying/writing up analytical findings. Strong analytical skills, numeric ability, problem-solving orientation, and attention to detail.
