OverviewMarket Research Manager, Brand Health Tracking role at Ipsos in US. This position involves leading brand health tracking projects, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesEnsures projects meet timeline targets and monitors ongoing progress.Identifies project problems and implements simpler solutions where appropriate.Manages daily tasks and projects according to department priorities.Performs standardized checkpoints for each study, including online/CATI links, ensuring questionnaires address key issues, maintaining logic and flow as client changes over time, and raising issues to management as needed.Checks data quality for accuracy.Proactively reaches out to team to offer help and foreseeing project challenges.Delegates appropriately to colleagues in other divisions that support projects.Assists in training junior team members, report pulling, data checking, and related tasks.Coordinates with suppliers for project setup and day-to-day operations.Participates in discussions, shares opinions, and encourages others to share their views.Monitors and facilitates IIS/Direct activities to ensure deliverables align with project plans and takes action to resolve issues.Participates in corporate activities and may volunteer for staff committees.What you can expect to be doingIntegrity, Curiosity, Collaboration, Client First, and Entrepreneurial Spirit are core competencies.
