We are hiring for a Full‑Time Cafe / Store Manager to join our Village Juicery Retail Store located at Oakville. If you are a proactive individual with experience in sales and customer service we invite you to be part of our team. Responsibilities Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling Train, mentor, and support staff to deliver excellent customer service Drive store performance to achieve sales targets and operational goals Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and team members Support scheduling, labor management, and adherence to company policies Qualifications 2‑3 years of previous experience in retail or food/beverage management preferred Experience managing inventory and balancing quality and cost effectively Highly accountable and well‑organized, with an ability to oversee a team of staff and prioritize multiple projects effectively Strong leadership and communication skills Motivated, organized, and hands‑on approach to managing a team Pay and Schedule Expected hours: 40‑44 hours per week Base pay: CA$23.00/hr – CA$25.00/hr Projected pay: $23.40 – $25.90/hour (including average tips and potential bonuses) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Why Join Us Big League Food Company is the next generation of beloved food brands.
