Junior Curriculum Developer We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Curriculum Developer to support the creation of learner-centered educational programs and instructional materials. This role contributes to the development of high-quality curriculum that aligns with regulatory standards and reflects best practices in adult education. Major Responsibilities Develop learner-centered curriculum and instructional materials that align with government and regulatory requirements, as well as current educational best practices. Create and integrate interactive elements for online learning using tools such as Articulate 360, Moodle, and other multimedia platforms. Collaborate with instructors, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to ensure content is pedagogically sound, engaging, and relevant. Maintain and organize curriculum and digital assets using SharePoint. Provide ongoing support to the instructional design team in the development and enhancement of educational resources. Assist in reviewing and updating curriculum content to reflect evolving educational trends, technological advancements, and subject matter updates. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or diploma, preferably in Distance Learning/Education, English, Instructional Design, or Graphic Design. Proficient with Office 365. Experience with course authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, and Canva. Knowledge of Moodle or other learning management systems. Previous experience in an educational environment is considered an asset. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Other Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality educational content. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to enhance curriculum effectiveness and learner engagement. Willingness to learn new tools and technologies relevant to curriculum development and eLearning.
