It blends inside/outside sales, showroom leadership, elevated client experience, and brand growth execution, ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship‑driven, design‑forward business.ResponsibilitiesOwn and convert digital and showroom‑based sales opportunities through proactive outreach, and consistent follow‑through usingRespond to designer inquiries, sample requests, and showroom visits with warmth, speed, and deep product knowledgeVet inbound leads and digital sales opportunities, ensuring fast response times and thoughtful follow‑upGuide designers through product selection and sampling with tailored recommendations aligned to their project needs, aesthetic, and budgetMaintain clear pipeline visibility by logging sales activity, customer notes, and follow‑ups in SalesforceBe a quarterback support in showroom for outside sales by coordinating follow‑ups, sourcing, sampling, and key account requestsSupport outside sales through road visits, representing Threadcount in designer presentations, product previews, and key relationship‑building meetingsActively represent Threadcount at industry events including trade shows, design showcases, and networking opportunitiesShowroom Leadership + ManagementAct as the day‑to‑day lead of the Toronto showroom, ensuring it is consistently elevated, organized, and client‑readyDeliver a refined, attentive showroom experience that reflects the standards of the Threadcount brandOversee showroom presentation and merchandising: seasonal refreshes, vignettes, display updates, and product storytelling moments working collaboratively with creative teamManage showroom systems including sample organization, memo flow, display upkeep, and showroom materialsMaintain showroom scheduling, readiness standards, and day‑to‑day rhythm to ensure a seamless designer experienceEnsure the showroom functions as a sales‑driving environment by maintaining visual excellence, product clarity, and hospitality‑level serviceSupport showroom events and activations, ensuring the space is prepared, the experience is seamless, and follow‑up is executedBrand + Trade Growth SupportPartner with marketing and content teams to support trade‑growth and brand‑building initiatives company‑wideContribute to planning and execution of campaigns, product launches, seasonal storytelling, and showroom momentsSupport the development and execution of the new‑business customer journey — converting new designer leads from first inquiry to first order, and nurturing them into repeat buyersAssist with trade community outreach including events, partnerships, designer mailers, and creative brand touchpointsTrack and report on key outreach initiatives (what was executed, who engaged, what converted) to help refine and improve results over timeProven experience in luxury sales to the trade, focusing on the hospitality and high‑end design sectorsBring an entrepreneurial mindset — you take initiative, spot opportunities, and don’t wait to be told what to doThrive in a showroom environment and take pride in maintaining a space that feels elevated, inspiring, and sales‑drivingAre confident in relationship‑based sales and enjoy follow‑up, momentum, and converting opportunitiesHave a sharp eye for color, texture, styling, and luxury presentationAre naturally organized and take pride in clean systems, high standards, and detailed executionEnjoy working collaboratively and communicating across teams — leadership, marketing, operations, and outside salesLove blending sales + brand‑building and want to help grow a design‑led business with real momentumWant to be part of a dynamic team where your work makes a direct impactQualifications3–6+ years of experience in a showroom, trade environment, textile brand, or design‑focused sales role in the high end sectorStrong understanding of interior design specification workflows and designer buying behaviorProven ability to manage a pipeline, convert opportunities, and maintain strong follow‑throughConfident, polished communicator with a relationship‑first approachProficient and confident in using CRM tool such as SalesforceStrong organizational skills and ability to operate independently while staying team‑orientedPassion for textiles, elevated client experience, and brand storytellingFuture mindset – adaptable to evolution and change – and like the feeling of startup energyCompensation + Performance BonusBase salary + performance bonusAdditional InformationSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Textile Manufacturing and Interior Design #J-18808-Ljbffr
