Base pay range CA$100,000.00/yr - CA$120,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Tata Consultancy Services Skills and Responsibilities: The Salesforce Technical Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. This role involves leading technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, and managing integration and customizations within the Salesforce ecosystem. Roles and Responsibilities: Solution Design Architecture: Define Salesforce architecture and technical standards. Design scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices. Development Customization: Lead development of Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages. Manage configuration of objects, workflows, and automation tools. Integration: Implement integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Ensure data integrity and synchronization across platforms. Team Leadership: Mentor developers and administrators. Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards. Project Delivery: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements. Manage technical deliverables within Agile or Scrum frameworks. Performance Security: Optimize Salesforce performance and scalability. Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
