**Job Role: Salesforce Technical Lead**
**Location: Remote (PST Timezone)**
**Type: Contract**
**Salesforce Tech Lead**:
- Minimum 8+ years of Salesforce projects execution with at least 3+ years in lead role.
- Minimum 5+ years of End-to-End Software Project Implementation Experience and has lead at least 3 complex large scale project implementation
- Minimum 5+ years in Enterprise Application Solution Design and Integration
- Expert understanding for SDLC and Agile Best Practices
- Must Have Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
- Must be Hands On Development, Design Review, Code Review and Ensure High Standards of High Quality Software Development
- Hands-on knowledge about Salesforce platform, sfdx, API's, flows, lwc, sites, apex, HTML, JavaScript, SF Functions and security tools provided by Salesforce platform.
- Manage technical project team members (offshore) with respect to delivering as per agreed timelines, guiding developers with technical solutions and best practices, enforcing best practices and building technical team with focus on ownership, being pro-active and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with onsite technical/project leads to provide status updates and co-ordinate applicable tasks.
- Manage deployment(s) and platform related changes.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Media & Entertainment Industry Experience Preferred
**Salary**: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
