Your Impact Contribute to the design and detailing of structural systems for commercial, institutional, and residential buildings Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop innovative, buildable solutions Prepare and review structural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Support construction teams with site coordination and technical guidance Apply sustainable design principles to reduce environmental impact and enhance building performance The Skills That Set You Apart 3–5 years of experience in structural drafting and detailing within the buildings sector Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with BIM workflows is a strong asset Experience working on concrete, steel, and wood‑framed structures Comfortable interpreting engineering sketches and translating them into accurate construction documents Passionate about contributing to projects that shape communities and improve lives Why Choose WSP?
