As Western Canada’s largest manufacturer of custom-engineered fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) products, we serve the mining, oil and gas, pulp and paper, water treatment, chemical processing, potable water extraction, and electrical utility sectors. **Your Role and Responsibilities**:

- Operate the chopping gun with precision and care.
- Cut and kit glass fabrics to specifications.
- Blend resin with catalysts and additives for optimal performance.
- Perform manual fiberglass layup using brushes, rollers, squeegees, and other hand tools on mold surfaces, following engineering drawings.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the general upkeep of the shop.

**Advanced Responsibilities for those with aptitude**:

- Secure fittings, nozzles, lugs, and sub-assemblies to primary structures with precision.
- Conduct visual defect and dimensional conformance inspections of finished products.

**What You Need to Be Successful**:

- Ability to follow direction and a drive to learn and grow.

- Commitment to performing duties in line with SCT Safety, Quality, and Manufacturing Procedures.
- Previous fiberglass manufacturing experience is an asset but not required.

**Wage**

Starting at $17+ per hour

**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday (6am-2:30pm)
