This is a permanent position working within the Finance team based in the Perth Regional Office.Accountable to the Director Regional Controllership, you will be an active and integral member of the Finance team, which will provide you with the opportunity to work for one of the world’s leading gold mining organisations.About the roleThis position is required to assist in providing a comprehensive range of financial accounting services to the Australian region. The duties will be centred on the preparation of the region’s monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes. The main accountabilities will include:Period-end reporting, including use of SAP, HFM and TM1, and quarterly deliverables to corporate head officeAssisting with regional SOX requirementsAssisting with auditor requirementsIFRS16 LeasesJV accounting and reportingHY and FY financial statementsAssist with regional taxation workings and returnsAbout youPeople are at the heart of everything we do.
