analyste de nomenclature (BOM) et du contrôle des changements
rigoureux(se) et expérimenté(e) pour se joindre à son équipe dynamique. Ce rôle est essentiel pour assurer l'exactitude, l'intégrité et la mise en œuvre rapide des nomenclatures (BOM) et des demandes de changements d'ingénierie à travers nos gammes de produits.
Responsabilités :
- Gérer et maintenir des structures de nomenclature (BOM) exactes pour plusieurs plateformes de produits.
- S'assurer que les nomenclatures reflètent les spécifications d'ingénierie et les exigences de production actuelles.
- Collaborer avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de chaîne d'approvisionnement et de fabrication afin de valider l'exactitude des nomenclatures.
- Entrer et maintenir les données maîtres dans les systèmes ERP.
- Garantir l'intégrité et la cohérence des données entre les systèmes et les départements.
- Suivre et mettre en œuvre les demandes de changement d'ingénierie (ECR) et les ordres de changement d'ingénierie (ECO).
- Coordonner les révisions et approbations des changements avec les équipes interfonctionnelles.
- Maintenir des registres détaillés des révisions de nomenclatures et des activités de contrôle des changements.
- Générer des rapports pour soutenir la planification de la production, les achats et l'assurance qualité.
- Soutenir les audits et les initiatives de conformité liées à la configuration des produits.
Qualifications :
- Baccalauréat en génie, en fabrication ou dans un domaine connexe ou expérience dans un rôle équivalent.
- De 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de fabrication en volume, de préférence dans le secteur du transport ou de la mobilité.
- Solide compréhension des structures de nomenclature, de la gestion du cycle de vie des produits et des processus de contrôle des changements.
- Expérience avec les systèmes ERP et PLM (p. ex. : SAP, Oracle, Arena, Windchill).
- Excellente attention aux détails et fortes compétences organisationnelles.
- Capacité à bien communiquer et à collaborer avec des équipes techniques et non techniques.

Description
Taiga Motors, a rapidly growing off-road electric vehicle technology and manufacturing company, is seeking detail-oriented and experienced BOM and Change Control Analyst to join Taiga's dynamic team. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely implementation of Bill of Materials (BOM) and engineering change requests across our product lines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate BOM structures across multiple product platforms.
- Ensure BOMs reflect current engineering specifications and production requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to validate BOM accuracy.
- Enter and maintain master data in ERP systems.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and departments.
- Track and implement Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals of changes.
- Maintain detailed records of BOM revisions and change control activities.
- Generate reports to support production planning, procurement, and quality assurance.
- Support audits and compliance initiatives related to product configuration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- OR
- Demonstrated experience in an equivalent role.
- 3–5 years of experience in a volume manufacturing environment, preferably in the transportation or mobility industry.
- Strong understanding of BOM structures, product lifecycle management, and change control processes.
- Experience with ERP and PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Arena, Windchill).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical teams.
