Physical Therapy Aide - Maternity Leave Location: Panther Sports Medicine – Head Office 1950 Country Village Link NE, Calgary, AB T3K 6E3 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm–7:30pm Start Date: January 2026 Duration: Until May 2027 Hours: 25 hours per week Rate of Pay: $18/hour About the Role Panther Sports Medicine is seeking a motivated, reliable, and energetic Physiotherapy Aide for a maternity leave position in our high‑volume clinic. This role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands‑on experience in a clinical rehabilitation environment, particularly those considering careers in physiotherapy, kinesiology, or health care. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced setting and demonstrate strong multitasking abilities. Key Responsibilities Assist physiotherapists with treatment setup, including hot packs and electrical modalities Clean and reset treatment beds between clients Change pillowcases and maintain cleanliness of treatment areas Perform ongoing laundry duties during the shift Help maintain a tidy, organized, and efficient clinic environment Support clinic flow by anticipating staff and patient needs Stand for the duration of the shift and perform repetitive physical tasks Qualifications & Ideal Attributes Positive, professional, team‑oriented attitude Strong communication skills and reliability Ability to work quickly while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization Comfortable in a busy, high‑volume clinical environment Physically able to stand, move quickly, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Interest in health care or rehabilitation is an asset Proximity to Vivo Recreation Centre is an advantage What We Offer Competitive hourly wage of $18 Opportunities to gain experience in a respected, team‑focused clinical environment Access to CBI Health’s employee discount program (GoodLife, TELUS, Rogers, etc.) Eligibility for personal benefits after reaching required hours Potential for the role to transition into a full‑time position #J-18808-Ljbffr
