Sr. Product Manager - AdTech (Platform & UX) This range is provided by Fluent, Inc. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range CA$150,000.00/yr - CA$175,000.00/yr Fluent is building the next generation of advertising in Commerce Media. Our vision is to build an AI‑first network of advertisers and publishers to elevate relevancy in e‑commerce for everyday shoppers. We need an experienced Product Manager to lead our AdTech Platform capabilities and front‑end user experience. This role will involve re‑thinking the User Experience from the ground up, developing an API‑first architecture to enable autonomous AI agents, and integrating AI productivity across strategy, discovery, prototyping, and execution. What You'll Do Lead the vision, requirements, and launch of the next evolution of our AdTech backend and front‑end capabilities. Create the detailed product roadmap for internal Publisher, Advertiser, and Marketplace views. Conduct stakeholder discovery calls to uncover pain points and synthesize insights into the roadmap. Collaborate with CTO, CPO, and engineering to improve coding efficiency and reduce defects using AI (Claude, Copilots, Cursor, Replit, etc.). Run the product intake process, strategically prioritizing requests to deliver real value. Champion an AI‑first productivity approach—generating wireframes, prototypes, and data‑driven solutions. Define success metrics using quantitative and qualitative data. Empower commercial teams with clear communication on plans, releases, and training. Requirements 5+ years of product management experience with significant front‑end UX design background. Proven ownership of strategy and roadmap in the AdTech domain (publisher placements, advertiser campaign management). Strong belief in AI‑first productivity across PM and engineering. Ability to execute roadmaps with cross‑functional engineering, data scientists, and commercial stakeholders. Nice to Haves 2+ years of digital advertising or adjacent experience. Experience with performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS). Understanding of agentic AI and the necessary platform support. Benefits Competitive compensation.
