You will drive the evolution and extensibility of the platform that includes services and components used by all businesses powered by Loblaw Digital. Your team will ship products, features and experiences that offer millions of Canadians a delightfully simple, personalized and convenient shopping experience.What You’ll Do:Oversee a critical suite of platform services and the experiences they enable, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to define and shape their future.Your leadership will be pivotal in developing a compelling product vision, translating complex customer needs and business objectives into a clear, actionable product strategy.Work with your team of Product Managers and cross-functional partners to transform strategic vision into an impactful roadmap, delivering significant value to customers.Develop partnerships across teams to deploy innovative capabilities across e-commerce businesses; orchestrate planning processes from strategic intent to execution while upholding a superior customer experience.Champion a culture of continuous improvement, refining ways of working to ensure internal clients and customers fully harness platform capabilities.Communicate effectively to keep stakeholders informed and engaged, fostering collaboration across diverse functional areas.What You’ll Bring:Proven hands-on leadership in end-to-end creation and development of products, services, and experiences delivering customer value in fast-growing or established technology companies.Ability to define and align teams around a data-driven product vision that supports goals and customer expectations.Track record balancing long-term strategy with pragmatic day-to-day execution, delivering value consistently.Experience evolving product management practices, building high-performing teams, and driving outcomes- and metrics-driven results.Skill in driving collaboration within large cross-functional teams solving complex challenges.Adept at navigating matrix organizations and building relationships with partners and senior stakeholders, with frameworks for strategic trade-offs.Proficiency across software development frameworks and adaptability to new processes for key initiatives.Bias for action and fostering a culture of speed, curiosity, and experimentation.Experience building complex platform projects, particularly in retail or e-commerce, is a plus.Note: This role is hybrid - 4 days in office and 1 day remote.How You’ll SucceedAt Loblaw Digital, we seek great people who model our values, are authentic, build trust and make connections.
