To keep us headed in the right direction, we’re looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team’s diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.What You’ll DoLead the development and execution of product strategies for a feature area or a productDefine the vision and roadmap for a feature area or a productIdentify and define problem statements, leading to research that deepens understanding or validates decisionsConduct market research and competitive benchmarking to pinpoint customer needs, product gaps, and market opportunitiesPrioritize and manage the roadmap and release plan for a feature area or a productDefine product requirements and specifications for a feature area or a productTranslate findings into recommendations for feature areas or product enhancementsCreate business cases to support feature or product enhancements or new product conceptsPresent business cases to Product leadership to gather feedback and buy-inEnsure feature delivery creates a connected customer journey and a phased approach to value realizationLead cross-functional teams through development cyclesTrack progress towards milestones, identify roadblocks, and recommend solutionsExecute user research and testing to comprehend needs and pain pointsUtilize various techniques to explore user needs, gaining deeper insight into the customerCommunicate user needs cross-functionally to align with feature and product prioritizationSynthesize market and user data from multiple sourcesCreate compelling stories and present to Product leadership to validate hypotheses or decisionsCommunicate feature-area and product values to go-to-market teamsDefine the product positioning and market differentiation for a feature area or productPartner cross-functionally to develop new features, feature areas, or productsCollaborate with Software Development, User Experience, Customer Experience, Go-To-Market, Customers, and Product LeadershipAct as a mentor or coach to junior product team members, sharing expertise and promoting continuous learningWe’re Excited to Learn More About YouYour experience may include:5+ years of experience in Product Management.Comprehensive knowledge of product management methodologies, industry best practices, and business strategy.Experience managing and enhancing APIs that internal/external partners and customers use to integrate within their applications.Strong understanding of the content and tools needed by developers to integrate with partner APIs.Highly skilled in data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking abilities, capable of making decisions that balance short-term results with long-term goals.A background working for enterprise B2B SaaS organizations.You may have other skills or credentials, including:Insurance or financial industry experience.Agile/Scrum experience.Experience with Jira, Confluence, ReadMe, Swagger, Pendo, or other related tools.We know that talent comes from all backgrounds and experience levels.
