Job OverviewDir. I, Audit role at TD – join our audit team to provide strategic guidance and independent oversight across the bank.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute end‑to‑end audits based on established audit plans and regulatory guidelines.Lead the planning process for assigned audits, ensuring timely completion and risk mitigation.Support audit opinion per internal controls and professional standards, presenting findings and recommendations.Manage follow‑ups on new findings from regulatory and internal audits, ensuring accurate documentation.Identify process failures and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiencies.Stay current on emerging audit trends, analytical tools, and techniques to deliver quality results within tight timeframes.Maintain highest integrity, observe regulatory guidelines, and handle confidential information with discretion.Build a fair, positive work environment that encourages open reporting of challenges and idea exchange.QualificationsOver 5 years of relevant experience with an undergraduate degree.Relevant professional certifications or accounting designations.Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and Internet applications.Data and analytics experience is a strong asset.Proficiency in multi‑function collaboration and team guidance.Strong written and verbal communication skills for fast‑changing environments.CompensationBase salary $76,800 – $115,200 CAD, plus variable compensation and comprehensive benefits.
