We are looking for a fun and experienced leader who loves A&W as much as they love leading a diverse team from their local community Responsibilities Managing the staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant targets and standards Coaching the staff to provide excellent customer service representative of the A&W brand Monitoring and controlling labor costs and food and waste costs Leading the staff to achieve service times and working as a part of the team Spending reasonable amount of time every shift on the floor supporting and working with employees Ensuring all food safety regulations are followed Hiring, retaining, and terminating employees Ordering and managing inventory Other duties which involve the day to day operation of a fast food restaurant What we offer Full benefits, a great bonus program, an opportunity to grow with the company, on-the-job training Requirements G2 license Access to a reliable vehicle Restaurant management experience - two years or more Food handling certificate Quick service restaurant experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Great social skills and love for interacting with other people A leader and a team player Basic English language skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
