Inside Sales Engineer – Chemical, Energy, and Refining Contrôles Laurentide / Laurentide Controls Join the largest supplier of automation and reliability solutions in Eastern Canada as an Inside Sales Engineer. You will be the voice behind cultivating innovative ideas to help customers reach their full potential. What You’ll Do Act as liaison between customers, account managers, sales support staff and manufacturers, providing technical engineering expertise, equipment selection and quotations. Serve as main point of contact for all proposal writing. Coordinate retrieval and delivery of submissions and distribution of all associated notices and documentation. Maintain a database of estimating and proposal-related information and track KPIs. Support the Sales Team and coordinate work between operations, engineering and administration. Create and present engineered solutions that meet customers' specifications, requirements and desired results, highlighting the value of our solutions compared to competitors. Expand sales opportunities and identify opportunities for new business. Essential Skills & Qualifications BAC in Engineering or DEC in Engineering Technology. Strong written and verbal communication skills in French. English communication skills are an asset. Experience in a customer service or sales environment is an asset. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced, and changing environment. Ability to cultivate lasting business relationships. Works well both in a team and autonomously. High energy level and willingness to take on new challenges. Passion and integrity with the drive to excel and make a strong impact on the business.
