In unserer Abteilung HR für Research & Development am Standort Ludwigshafen arbeitest Du in einem Team von talentierten Mitarbeitern*innen und erfahrenen Experten*innen aus dem Management-Bereich. Mit wertvollen Analysen und Recherchen setzt Du Benchmarks und entwickelst die Zukunft unserer Marke.

Gemeinsam großes bewegen – als HR Business Partner

Setze ein Zeichen:

· Sie agieren als starker Partner für Ihr Business und leisten somit eine wichtige Hilfestellung zur Erreichung der Geschäftsziele.

· Als Berater für den Fachbereich bei Themen der Führungskräfteentwicklung nutzen Sie optimal vorhandene Tools (u.a. 360° Feedback, Assessment-Tools, New Leader Assimilation).

· Sie unterstützen und begleiten die Führungskräfte bzgl. Mitarbeiterbindung und -entwicklung sowie Teambuildung.

· Sie steuern die jährlichen Talent Review Prozesse sowie Zielsetzungs- und Leistungsbeurteilung inklusive Kalibrierungsrunden für Ihren Betreuungsbereich.

· Sie begleiten die Organisationsentwicklung, helfen bei der Findung der bestmöglichen Organisationsstruktur und begleiten die Veränderungen mit einem ganzheitlichen Change-Management Ansatz.

· Sie kennen und wahren die Rechte des Betriebsrates in der täglichen Personalarbeit und arbeiten vertrauensvoll mit dem Betriebsrat bei Einzelmaßnahmen, organisatorischen Veränderungen sowie bei Projekten des Fachbereichs zusammen.


Qualifikationen

Das bringen Sie mit:

· Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL, Psychologie, Jura oder Sozialwissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Personal/Arbeitsrecht oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung

· Berufserfahrung in HR in einem FMCG, Pharmazeutischem oder ähnlichem Feld

· Erfahrung in der Durchführung geeigneter Workshop- & Trainingsformate

· Fundierte arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse, gute Kenntnisse des Tarifvertrages der chemischen Industrie, sozialversicherungs- sowie steuerrechtliche Grundkenntnisse wünschenswertverhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

· Erfahrung in der HR-Arbeit mit Matrixorganisationen sowie der HR-Transformation/Digitale Transformation

· Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift mit für die Kommunikation mit internationalen Kollegen
