OverviewWho You Will Work With: Within the Marketplace Supply Chain, you will be part of the Canada team and lead a team of Supply Chain Specialists. You will partner and liaise with the account leadership (external), account-facing cross-functional team, seasonal excellence teams, planning, finance and distribution centre teams.Who Are We Looking For: As Senior Supervisor, Supply Chain Canada, you will provide business and team leadership towards fulfillment of orders to our accounts, in close partnership with our Nike Marketplace Partners and Distribution Centre teams. You will bring strong end‑to‑end operations and commercial management expertise to drive focused attention on KPI’s and deliver business results. You will represent the voice of Supply Chain operations towards our internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient operations and mutually profitable growth. To be successful in this role you will need to embrace and lead change, deal with ambiguity, and act with courage. You will need to bring a mature leadership style to lead and develop your team, foster effective teamwork, and ensure clarity and accountability to the Canada team.What You Will Work OnLead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance expectations and strengthen overall team capability.Partner with management to build and activate action plans aligned to organizational and marketplace strategy.Monitor, interpret, and optimize performance KPIs to elevate service levels and drive data‑based decision‑making.Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance orderbook management and operational efficiency.Support the rollout of new processes, analytical tools, and solutions — including delivering training and driving adoption across teams.Partner cross‑functionally to execute product launches, manage the orderbook, deliver seasonal activities, and advance key initiatives.Drive alignment on shipment and flow plans, ensuring accuracy, capacity alignment, and connection to financial targets.Collaborate with senior leadership, including the MSC Senior Manager, to align on partner strategies and execute plans that achieve business goals.Lead day‑to‑day operational execution, fostering accountability and consistency across the team.What You BringBachelor’s degree in business or related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis on marketplace supply chain, transportation, and/or logisticsExperience managing and coaching a team, with demonstrated interest in continuous learning and leadership developmentAbility to effectively communicate, manage difficult conversations with stakeholders, and influence decision makingExperience, interest, and ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environmentExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to senior business audiencesProven order management experience is requiredStrong analytical, strategic, and critical‑thinking skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience with enterprise systems such as SAP (or similar)Strong executive‑level communication skillsDemonstrated ability to influence senior leadershipNIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
