We continue to grow and today are looking for a committed, talented, star to join our team as our Omni Channel Copywriter**.** **Position Summary/Objective**: As the Omnichannel Copywriter, you work alongside creative and production teams under the Creative Director's guidance to bring MadeGood's “always on” content strategy to life. This role requires a creative with a proactive mindset who can thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, fast-paced environment. Crafting succinct, powerful copy that captivates our audiences, enhances our brands, and boosts sales. Your affinity for language will shine through as you contribute to shaping and evolving MadeGood’s brand tone. Your adaptability knows no limits - working on copy for a wide range of placements such as social media, retail, e-commerce, packaging, traditional media, and more providing a unified and consistent customer experience across our channels. **Primary Responsibilities**: - Ideate on concepts with Art Directors and Designers and develop copy that will live across all channels including In-store Signage, Out of Home, digital, E-commerce, Direct Mail, Social, Packaging and more. - Partner closely with the Creative Director to create and evolve our brand's distinctive tone and character. - Ensure our brand voice comes to life across all customer touchpoints. - Engage with channel leads to construct messaging hierarchy and communication framework for "Always On" content and campaigns. - Contribute to the creative process, by generating ideas for marketing initiatives. - Develop relationships with external partners and freelancers providing edits on outsourced copy requests. - Use organizational skills to maintain systems/processes that provide structure to workflow of copy within the creative department. - Attend briefing meetings, status meetings and kick off meetings where scope and scale of projects are discussed and offer insight and expertise on best practices for messaging by channel. **Education and Qualifications**: - Minimum 4+ years’ experience in copywriting/advertising/communications/retail marketing. - Well-rounded portfolio showcasing excellent understanding of campaign development or “Always On” content in different communication spaces, mediums and approaches. - A deep understanding of grammar, syntax, and ways to create and leverage tone of voice. - Takes a consumer-first approach to today’s ever complex path to purchase. - Basic knowledge of good SEO practices and experience with website CMS platforms. - Understanding for AODA standards requirements. - Lives and breathes omni-channel communications. - Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Demonstrated proficiency of writing across all channels. - A strong understanding of industry best practices and expertise in social content creation and digital marketing. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to present to cross-functional stakeholders and justify creative ideas and concepts. - A passion for telling stories. - Proven track record producing deliverables for multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. **Skills and Abilities**: - Strong passion for storytelling and bringing ideas to life. - Unbelievably detail oriented and has a high standard of execution. - You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results. - Ability to quickly adapt to changing needs and rapidly growing company. - Ability to take OWNERSHIP and prioritize workload. - PASSIONATE with a positive attitude with a desire to learn. - Must be hands-on and able to work collaboratively and independently in a small team environment. - Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously. - Exceptional time management and organizational skills, self-starter with a high level of initiative and ADAPTABILITY. - Demonstrates HUMILITY throughout the company daily. - Aptitude t
