Join the Business Platforms team as a Product Manager - Business Applications, where you will lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications, and internal or customer-facing digital systems. In this role, you will define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring that business needs are translated into actionable development priorities within an Agile framework. You will collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that are impactful, data-driven, and aligned with Distech Controls’ business objectives. This position is based in Brossard, QC, with a hybrid work arrangement (minimum two days per week in office). The Product Manager will report directly to the Senior Director, Business Applications and Data, and will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact digital solutions. Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Own and maintain the product roadmap for assigned systems, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify needs, gather requirements, and define system enhancements. Prioritize and sequence work items using data-driven decision-making and value-based assessments. Work closely with internal developers and analysts in Agile sprints to deliver incremental product improvements. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories with measurable outcomes. Monitor product performance and user adoption to identify opportunities for optimization. Facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure transparency, clarity, and shared understanding of progress. Support change management, documentation, and release communication for new system features. Champion continuous improvement in both system functionality and team processes. Skills and Minimum Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role within a technology-driven environment. Experience managing internal business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and/or customer-facing digital products (e.g., eCommerce, portals). Understanding of Agile methodologies, with practical experience in sprint planning and backlog prioritization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and define success metrics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency with the following systems or tools considered an asset: Infor SyteLine, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Azure DevOps, MS Office 365 and similar platforms.
