What We Need NetBrain seeks an enthusiastic, relationship-minded, and technically savvy individual to join as a Senior Network Automation Services Engineer on our Customer Journey Team. The candidate should be ready to help customers transform their organizations through a culture of no-code automation innovation. The Impact You’ll Make You will drive adoption of our no-code automation platform within client accounts, working cross-functionally to develop relationships with engineers at all levels. Responsibilities include designing automation architecture, leading automation development efforts, and providing leadership, training, and guidance to clients and engineers. Your consultative approach will help evaluate client requirements, propose solutions, and accelerate automation objectives. Collaboration with sales, customer success, and technical support teams is essential. What You'll Do Contribute to automating Network Operations for global enterprises and MSPs Lead customers in identifying high-impact automation targets based on ITSM data analysis Analyze network technologies, existing playbooks, and design documents to create automation solutions Train and develop customer engineers in automation to continue platform use Architect and implement automation for critical network tasks using NetBrain’s capabilities Engage with vendor partnerships and research public knowledge for automation content Perform additional responsibilities as assigned Who You Are Possess a degree in a technical field (STEM) or equivalent experience, preferably in partner/post-sales or consulting roles Experience working with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions Knowledge of networking fundamentals Ability to work independently and in teams with minimal supervision Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills NetBrain encourages all qualified candidates to apply.
