Your Opportunity As a Respiratory Therapist I, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional respiratory care. You’ll demonstrate competency across all aspects of respiratory therapy, adapt to new procedures, and stay current with innovations and best practices. You will work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team, building collaborative relationships with peers and other healthcare professionals. Shift patterns allow flexibility with potential 4 days on/5 off cycles. Description As a Respiratory Therapist I, you will assess patients (clients, residents), develop and implement respiratory therapy care plans and monitor their progress. You will be responsible for diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, collaborate with clinical teams to enhance outcomes, provide training and assist health care providers in respiratory equipment care, and educate patients and families.
