Senior Regional Manager, Broker Services Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Hours: 37.5 hours per week Line Of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Pay: CAD $108,800 – $163,200 per year (base salary; variable compensation may apply) TD Canada Trust is TD's customer‑focused personal and small‑business banking division. The Senior Regional Manager will work within the Broker Channel—an exciting and growing RESL distribution group that offers a range of mortgage financing products and solutions—to drive revenue through third‑party industry partners and independent brokerage firms. Job Description Reporting to the AVP, National Distribution, Broker Services, the Senior Regional Manager will oversee a team of direct and indirect reports, targeting high‑performing brokerages to influence referrals of mortgage business and strengthen client relationships. Key responsibilities include achieving mortgage volume targets, senior relationship development, credit protection penetration, recruitment and business continuity, pipeline efficiency, and budgetary management. The role requires prospecting new business opportunities at a senior level, liaising with major industry partners, and collaborating with third‑party underwriting partners (TDMS) and key RESL team members (Acquisitions, Pricing, Fraud, Governance). Job Requirements Drive regional RESL volumes and CP sales through coaching, recruitment, and external business development. Execute key national and regional strategies through effective communication, change management, and sales coaching. Recruit and hire top talent to build RSM and ISM teams. Develop strong external partnerships at broker and brokerage leadership levels, as well as with industry partners (e.g., AMCs, Title Insurers, Mortgage Insurers). Partner with TDMS (FN) to drive value and develop serviced markets. Provide ongoing performance and development coaching on sales management, business development, budgets, credit quality, and efficiency ratios. Develop key brokerage‑level partnerships and hold them accountable to business objectives. Act as an industry and market expert, communicating market pressures, regulatory changes, and product/policy updates to internal partners. Be the face of RESL in the market by being a visible, active community leader and connecting with brokers, bank executives, and partners. Execute talent strategies that build future leaders, increase advisory capabilities, develop talent pipelines, and attract top talent from outside TD. Ensure succession plans for business development teams. Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree an asset.
