Under the responsibility of the Vice President, Legal Affairs, or the Director, Legal Affairs, we are seeking a Legal Counsel to contribute to the success of ongoing projects.
Resourceful and passionate about new challenges, you will be actively involved in strategic cases. Autonomous and valuing teamwork and direct communication with colleagues and third parties, you will efficiently manage a variety of cases and participate in decision-making while adhering to best practices.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist commercial teams with drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring that commitments comply with company policies.
  • Work on legal, corporate, and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Advise management on legal issues affecting them.
  • Provide guidance to our teams on intellectual property matters.
  • Handle various regulatory issues, including export controls, personal data protection, and governance.
  • Participate in acquisition, financing, and strategic partnership cases.

The ideal profile:

  • You are a lawyer and a member of the Quebec Bar.
  • You have approximately 3 years of relevant experience.
  • You are bilingual and communicate effectively.
  • You have sharp analytical and business judgment, demonstrate leadership, and possess excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • You stand out for your organizational skills, thoroughness, and ability to manage priorities.
