Show off your retail expertise by driving sales, meeting targets, and keeping our customers coming back for more. Make sure every customer leaves with a smile Provide top-notch customer service that goes above and beyond. Be the guardian of our floor stock, making sure it's always on point, while also keeping the store looking sharp and visually appealing. Stay in the loop with JACK & JONES' products, and exciting store promotions. What it takes: You demonstrate the level of leadership and drive that comes from a minimum of 1-2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience. You're great at making those visuals pop Your knack for arranging stuff doesn't just look cool; it practically makes customers want to buy the whole outfit. You demonstrate lot of initiative You get things done ;) You know teamwork makes the dream work. You're the best teammate You bring the party to the sales floor - your positive vibes are contagious.
