We seek talent to help shape the future of information management and digital transformation.Your RoleAs Lead Product Manager, you will be an evangelist for our products, product lines and portfolios, understand customer motivation, and foster customer-centric product development solutions that shape the future and impact lives globally. You will define product investment strategies for growth, deliver product line capabilities leveraging cloud delivery processes, incorporate cloud technologies (AWS or Azure), and manage field communication, market feedback and validation. You will be responsible for owning the product vision and strategy across the lifecycle, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.ResponsibilitiesBring extensive industry and organizational knowledge, applying advanced expertise in Observability or IT Operations.Build strong relationships with top enterprise accounts to help shape their AI Operations & Observability transformation.Understand and optimize our route to markets and develop a growth strategy aligned with the company’s direction.Own product vision and strategy across the lifecycle, using project management tools for effective execution.Independently manage multiple products with strong organizational and multitasking skills.Integrate and drive cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results through collaboration.Develop effective solutions for broad projects, evaluating factors in-depth and adapting complex techniques.Make critical decisions as a project team leader and provide guidance on complex matters within your expertise.Clearly articulate product vision internally and externally, monitor business progress with regular executive-level updates and clear scorecards/KPIs.Experience: 4–8 years in IT Operations and/or Observability; 8–12 years of previous professional experience.What You Need To SucceedMarket Analysis: Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Information Management industry.Product Development: Expertise in product development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) with ability to drive the full product lifecycle.Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making and product optimization.Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development, data management, and information technologies to communicate with development teams.Project Management: Competency with project management tools and techniques to plan, execute, and monitor projects.UX/UI Design: Familiarity with UX/UI principles to create strong user experiences.About OpenTextOpenText IT Operations Management (ITOM) delivers intelligent, automated solutions to monitor, manage, and optimize complex IT environments.
