What The Role Offers
As a
Lead Product Manager
, you will:

  • Own product strategy and Go To Market execution for one or more product lines, from ideation to delivery.
  • Analyze market dynamics, customer feedback, and usage data to inform decisions.
  • Drive roadmap development in quarterly agile cadence with product charters, requirements and epics which align with customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX, product marketing, and field teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Evangelize your products internally and externally, articulating value and vision to stakeholders and customers.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Possess 8-12 years of professional experience in product management, ideally in enterprise software, cloud platforms, or B2B ecosystems.
  • Industry expertise in Retail, Brands, or CPG is highly preferred.
  • Strong skills in market analysis, competitive research, and customer discovery.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and make trade-offs across competing demands.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product development tools.
  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., Private/Public Clouds, AWS, Azure, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
