Your Future Role: We are seeking a full-time Billing Technician to join our Accounting Group in Montreal. The ideal candidate is distinguished by his or her proficiency in Excel and his ability to evolve in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing work environment. Your Next Responsibilities: Proceed with monthly invoicing of work in progress; Prepare customer invoices while ensuring compliance with the agreements of the various contracts; Meet billing requirements and meet deadlines; Correction of errors in time entries (transfers, date changes, time division, grouping of ongoing projects, etc.); Track draft accounts to be invoiced and submit invoicing electronically; Ensure the collection of all payments; Resolve billing issues (time transfers or disbursements, rate errors, time changes, write-offs, etc.); Prepare monthly monitoring tables. Manage customer requests made to accounts receivable; Make adjustments to project transactions; Performs various related duties.
