Be part of a design services company that is amongst the companies that lead the world in technology and innovation.Your next chapter starts here.ResponsibilitiesPartner with sales and marketing teams to understand messaging needs, buyer profiles, and key stages of the sales process.Transform technical or complex product information into clear, compelling, and benefit-focused messaging for target audiences.Develop and maintain organized content libraries that allow sales teams to easily access approved materials and messaging assets.Apply persuasive writing techniques and insights into buyer psychology to create content optimized for conversion.Maintain consistent tone, voice, and branding across all sales communications and collateral.Conduct regular audits of sales content to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.Gather and incorporate feedback from sales teams to enhance the impact and usability of materials.Monitor market trends and competitor messaging to inform and refine the overall content strategy.Qualifications3 to 5 years of experience in a sales enablement, marketing communications, or related roleStrong ability to craft persuasive, engaging, and clear messaging for sales-focused audiencesSolid understanding of sales processes, buyer journeys, and the sales funnelAbility to align content with business objectives and sales outcomesSkilled at managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlinesCapable of analyzing content performance metrics to inform future improvementsExperience producing diverse content types such as email templates, sales one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, scripts, and training materialsExperience with B2B sales communication styles and toneExperience in clean technology, electric vehicles, renewable energy, or related industries is an assetBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldBonus skill: Bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills is an assetAdditional informationHigh Tech Genesis Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
