You will guide talents’ career journeys, monitor progress, and explore innovative ways to elevate their success. This role blends talent management, negotiation, personal branding, and strategic vision to drive meaningful outcomes. We’re looking for someone who is passionate, outgoing, and results-driven, a people-person with a natural gift for negotiation. Ideally, you have a strong network in the entertainment world and can arrange introductions with top-tier talent to showcase the opportunities Dulcedo can offer. Scope of Work Identify and sign exceptional talents in the entertainment, streaming, and gaming spaces that align with our agency’s standards Act as a trusted advisor to help talents amplify visibility, expand social media presence, and elevate personal brands Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales, revenue, and retention KPIs by driving exceptional commercial opportunities Cultivate and grow existing revenue streams while seeking fresh, innovative possibilities Lead the negotiation and execution of sponsorships and brand partnerships, advocating for talents’ best interests Develop tailored personal branding strategies and social media growth techniques across platforms Onboard talents to the Dulcedo family and collaborate with other team members on projects to boost success Attend industry events and talent meetings outside regular hours to build connections and stay ahead of trends Your Profile Around 3 years of B2B prospecting and sales experience, with proven success in marketing, sponsorship, and event sales; ideally while managing talent directly or via PR/marketing on the brand side Strong understanding of the gaming and entertainment industries, including esports, content creation, streaming platforms, and digital entertainment communities Experience negotiating and facilitating influencer marketing collaborations Established connections within PR, media, and influencer marketing sectors on the brand side Solid understanding of social media tools, platforms, algorithms, and analytics to enhance talent visibility and growth Proficiency in redlining contracts to protect and promote talent interests Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, meet tight deadlines, and manage shifting priorities Exceptional ability to build authentic connections and work with a wide range of personalities Passion for the industry and the ability to work with talent from anywhere during and outside office hours A business degree in Administration, Law (very strong asset), Communications, or Marketing is preferred Perks Unlimited Vacation—focus on delivering results rather than counting days Internal advancement opportunities within our growing company Base salary plus commission, among other compensation structures Minimal office attendance requirements for those near an office Flexible work schedule prioritizing productivity and creativity Freestyle Fridays: wrap up work at 2:00 PM ET Comprehensive insurance (dental, vision, medical) after one month Dynamic startup environment backed by over 15 years of experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
