Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced, relationship-driven Creator and Talent Agent to join our growing team.

This is an intermediate to senior role for someone who knows the influencer industry inside-out, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is ready to take on discovering, pitching, and campaign management.

You'll work across the division, developing partnerships, negotiating deals, and helping shape our overall sales strategy. This role is ideal for someone who loves both the business and the creative side of talent representation and wants to step into a high-impact position.

Founded in 2009, P1M is a female-owned Management Agency who offers innovative representation for the industry's most influential Artists and Talent. From its inception, P1M has focused on a curated roster to provide the highest standards of work to its clients.

Our Persons of Interest Division focuses on global brand collaborations for Talent in the Entertainment and Social Media industries.

What you'll do:

Influencer Sales & Partnerships

  • Work with existing talent and build your own roster
  • Pitching and outreach for talent
  • Cultivate strong relationships with brands, agencies, and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from pitching to closing

Deal Management and Execution

  • Manage mid-to-large-scale deals end-to-end with talent
  • Negotiate rates, usage, exclusivity, and deliverables
  • Project manage timelines, approvals, content tracking, wrap reports, and invoicing
  • Ensure seamless communication between creators, clients, and our team

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with junior and intermediate agents, offering guidance and support
  • Collaborate with the senior agent to streamline operations
  • Create structure through pitch calendars, follow-up systems, and best practices

Strategy & Operations

  • Maintain a strong understanding of trends, budgets, and industry shifts
  • Support to build pitch decks, proposals, and talent packages

We're looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in influencer talent management or brand partnerships
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning processes
  • Skilled negotiator with strong confidence in closing deals
  • Excellent writer and communicator
  • Fast-thinking problem solver
  • Relationship-builder who genuinely enjoys working with talent and brands
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
