Then this opportunity is for you As an Assistant Store Manager, you will report to the Store Manager and support creating a team environment that fosters inclusivity and positive connections. You will strive to achieve store success by directing and leading the team to reach sales and profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Adapting to various situations, environments, challenges, job duties, and schedules is crucial for success.
