Our client, a global manufacturing leader, is seeking a seasoned Accounting Manager to drive financial accuracy, compliance, and operational support across multiple sites. This role is central to month-end closings, audit leadership, and strategic cost initiatives. 💼 What You’ll Do Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Oversee trial balance uploads and reconciliations Partner cross-functionally to ensure financial accuracy Drive cost-reduction and performance improvement strategies Lead internal and external audits Support annual inventory counts Champion process improvements and policy development Qualifications Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (Master’s preferred) CPA, CA, or MBA highly valued 8+ years of progressive accounting experience in the manufacturing or similar industry Strong command of GAAP, IASB, and foreign currency translation Proven leadership and ownership mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
