Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Accounting Advantage Senior Executive Recruiter | Accounting Advantage/HROne/Pro Fit Executive Search (Appleone Group of Companies) VP Finance $130-150K A well-established, growth-oriented organization is seeking an experienced VP Finance to oversee all financial operations and drive strategic business performance across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic objectives. Oversee accounting, reporting, and internal control processes for multi-entity operations. Manage intercompany transactions, consolidations, and cash flow to ensure financial strength. Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives, M&A, and long-term financial strategy. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit standards, and risk management practices. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team focused on accuracy and accountability. \Qualifications: CPA or equivalent accounting designation required; MBA is an asset. Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 5+ years in a Controller or senior finance role. Strong background in multi-entity financial consolidation and intercompany accounting. Proficiency with ERP systems Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
