TalentWorld is recruiting a Help Desk Specialist (French Bilingual) in Montreal, Quebec for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to internal and external customers via telephone, email, chat, and self-service portal.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, software applications, and peripherals.
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support or other relevant teams as necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions, including issue details and resolution steps, in the incident tracking system.
  • Follow established processes and procedures for incident management and service request fulfillment.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the knowledge base by documenting new solutions and best practices.
  • Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to stay current on technology trends and support processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Adhere to security policies and protocols to protect sensitive customer data and company assets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a help desk or service desk environment.
  • Fluent in both oral and written French language skills.
  • Possession of a Protected B or Reliability security clearance is required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including 1 evening shift (start time 2:00 pm to 9:59 pm) and 1 night shift (start time 10:00 pm to 4:59 am).
Employment Details
  • Salary: $20.00HR - $24.65HR
  • Benefits: 40 hours weekly, Contract, Full-Time, Remote
  • Schedule: Evening and Overnight Shifts available.
  • Other: Career growth, 4 months contract, possibility of extension
