Today, we operate8 agricultural equipment branches across Quebec, proudly supporting local farmers with reliable machinery, parts, and exceptional service.If you want to be part of a strong, expanding company that values teamwork and customer success, you’re in the right place.🔧 About the JobWe’re looking for a Senior Agricultural Machinery Technician who is autonomous, organized, and committed to delivering top‑quality mechanical work.In this senior role, you’ll handle advanced diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and assembly of agricultural equipment while supporting our customers and workshop team.Your ResponsibilitiesAssemble and prepare agricultural machinery according to supplier specificationsResearch technical information on agricultural equipmentTest and troubleshoot electrical and electronic systemsMaintain and repair essential electrical systems and comfort‑related componentsPerform heating, welding, and cutting workInspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systemsRepair mechanical systems, power transmission, steering, and braking systemsMaintain and repair clutches, transfer cases, and manual transmissionsMaintain and repair diesel engines in agricultural machineryTest and adjust computer‑controlled systemsCalibrate and adjust electronic control systemsMaintain and repair diesel fuel and exhaust systemsMaintain and repair tractor hydraulic systemsService and repair soil‑preparation systems and crop production equipmentMaintain and repair haying and forage systemsMaintain and repair balers and bale wrappersMaintain and repair combine harvester systemsService and replace hydraulic transmissionsPerform computer‑assisted diagnostics and technical researchFollow workplace health, safety, and environmental standardsPerform general workshop duties and building maintenanceParticipate in ongoing training⭐ What You BringThis position is open to both men and women.Education & QualificationsDEP in agricultural mechanics, heavy machinery mechanics, or equivalent mechanical trainingHigh school diploma (DES)10 years of relevant experienceValid driver’s licenseAssetsWelding trainingWHMIS trainingPersonal QualitiesStrong autonomy and problem‑solving abilitiesProfessionalism and attention to detailAbility to work efficiently and safelyPositive attitude and strong team spirit🎁 What We OfferGroup insurance40 hours per week — daytime scheduleCompetitive salary (to be discussed)A stable and respectful work environment where your expertise is valued #J-18808-Ljbffr
