Private Label Development Co‑ordinator, Johnstons of Elgin - Elgin Salary range: From £24,897 a year. Duration: Permanent. Working hours: 38 hours per week. Location: Elgin. Closing Date: Monday 5th January 2026. About the Role In this role, you will support our Private Label commercial team with the coordination of woven private label product launches. You will work closely with commercial, design, operations, and quality teams to bring new products through development and into industrialisation ahead of bulk production. Key Tasks Co‑ordinating with commercial and design teams to assist with product developments for private label customers. Co‑ordination of sample launches and working with operations team to ensure efficient turnaround of prototypes. Working with ops and quality teams to identify and manage risks with new developments. Assisting with the industrialisation of products ahead of bulk production launches. Maintaining impeccable records in relation to ongoing developments. Continuously looking for opportunities to improve and streamline processes. About You Confident communicator with a friendly, approachable style. Organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive in approach to work. Comfortable working with data and able to use information to support decisions.
