Role Description The Licensed Clinical Psychologist will assess, diagnose, and treat a range of mental health issues in individuals, couples, and families. Responsibilities include providing therapeutic interventions, conducting psychological testing, preparing treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, offering clinical supervision, ensuring progress monitoring, and maintaining detailed treatment records while fostering a safe and non‑judgmental therapeutic space. Qualifications Expertise in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with a strong understanding of evidence‑based therapeutic modalities Proficiency in Psychological Testing and assessment, including diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning Experience in Mental Health therapy for diverse populations and presenting challenges Knowledge and skills in Clinical Supervision and mentoring other mental health professionals Exceptional ability to build rapport with clients and maintain client confidentiality Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology and valid licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in Ontario Experience with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or related therapeutic practices is an asset Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Part‑time Job Function Health Care Provider Industries Mental Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
