Are you passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry? MedPros is seeking a dedicated, experienced and dynamic Clinic Supervisor to join our team.

**About Us**: MedPros is a healthcare management business that supports a variety of OHIP and private pay clinics in Southern Ontario.

As an Multi-Clinic Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a variety of managed medical clinics. You will work closely with the General Manager and other team members to support daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day support to assigned clinics.
- Create and manage clinic management and optimization plans to ensure clinics are operating at peak efficiency.
- Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned clinics, such as staff hiring and training, staff scheduling, appointment management, patient management, updating a variety of excel spreadsheets, providing weekly and monthly reports on key performance indicators for operations, customer service, patient satisfaction, etc.
- Implement continuous improvement plans based on clinic needs.
- Work with a variety of EMR software.
- Strengthen existing client relationships and build new ones.
- Utilize Excel spreadsheets to track key performance indicators for managed clinics.
- Travel to client sites as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in supervising or managing medical clinics
- Experience in a variety of primary care EMR systems
- Strong organization, project management and process improvement skills
- Good working knowledge of computers, MS Office, Word, Excel, etc.
- Strong ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities at the same time.
- Valid G license with own vehicle and willing to travel up to 50% of the time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Ontario Medical Clinic: 2 years (required)
- Clinic Supervisor / Management: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence with Own Vehicle (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
