About the Role:

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, outgoing, and thrives in a busy clinical environment. You will work closely with patients to help them select eyewear, provide expert optical advice, and ensure a seamless, positive experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with frame and lens selection based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
  • Provide accurate fittings, adjustments, and troubleshooting
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a patient-first mindset
  • Demonstrate strong sales skills while maintaining ethical optical standards
  • Work collaboratively with optometrists and clinic staff
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance and organized dispensary

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Optician (required)
  • Strong sales ability and confidence in recommending products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
