OverviewSTEMCELL Technologies is a privately owned, Vancouver-based biotechnology company that helps power leading-edge life science research. We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our collaborative team, focusing on scientific and technical talent, to support our mission and evolving business needs.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, behavioral-based interview support, reference and background checks, and offers of employmentDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with HR team members and other key business stakeholders throughout the organizationManage the recruitment process and related activities using technology including the HRIS system (Workday)Report on and respond to recruiting related KPIs and metrics to inform the business and drive recruitment strategies and tacticsKnowledge and QualificationsPost-secondary degree in a science related discipline is required; advanced degree with direct lab-based experience is preferredMinimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience or related experienceAbility to analyze industry trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment while providing a positive candidate experienceCompensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary for this job ranges from $81,700.00 - $122,500.00. STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization.
