Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, behavioural based interview support, reference and background checks, and offers of employment
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships based on trust and transparency with members of the HR team and other key business stakeholders throughout the organization
- Manage the recruitment process and related activities using technology including the HRIS system (Workday)
- Report on and respond to recruiting related KPIs and metrics to inform the business and to drive recruitment strategies and tactics
Knowledge And Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in a science related discipline is required; advanced degree with direct lab-based experience is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience or related experience
- Ability to analyze industry trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment while providing a positive candidate experience

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$81, $122,500.00
STEMCELL determines an individual's pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
